Q. What’s the minimum quantity?
A. One item. Our design and setup fees are modest, making it cost-effective to order small quantities.
Q. What types of materials can you engrave?
A. Metal, stone, glass, plastic, wood, faux leather, and dark denim.
Q. Can you design custom items?
A. Yes, of course, as long as the design you want is not copyrighted.
Q. What is the maximum size (width and height/depth) that you can engrave?
Q. How long does it take?
A. It varies based on whether we have items in stock to engrave and how many items. Typically, three to ten days. We will give you an estimate when we discuss your project.
Q. What thickness of business cards do you have for engraving?
A. The standard sizes are .20mm-.80mm. Let us know if you would like a thicker card.
Q. What sizes are the metal tumblers?
A. 20oz, 30oz, 40oz…open to other sizes.
Q. What types of drinkware lids do you have?
A. Slot style, slide closure style, and magnetic slide closures.
Q. Can customers supply items for engraving?
A. We prefer to supply the items for engraving. If you supply the items, provide a few extras for testing, ensure they will withstand engraving, and select a color that is dark enough for the engraving to stand out.
